Using Spoke by Mozilla, an experimental world-editing environment for VR, we laid out different assets such as sand, terrain, underwater ruins, etc to create the experience of an underwater city (maybe Atlantis?). The scene is published into Hubs, also by Mozilla, and is freely available. The scene can be entered on a screen or through a VR headset. Hubs allows for many players to enter the scene at the same time and interact to each other (microphone needs to be enabled).
